Shipping policy
We aim to deliver your Pridewear styles quickly, securely, and with complete transparency.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Speeds & Charges
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (depends on delivery location).
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge of ₹200(where serviceable). Orders usually dispatched same day for orders received by 12PM or next business day using the fasted method available.
- We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders and COD orders above ₹1500.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to ₹4,100.
- A nominal COD handling fee of ₹100 may apply.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Serviceable Locations
- We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
- If your pincode is unserviceable for COD or express delivery, you will be notified at checkout.
Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
- We will keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays.
