Refund policy

We want you to love your Pridewear purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Process:

  1. You can directly request a return from your account by clicking here and following the steps below:  
    • Enter the email you used while placing the order
    • Enter the 6 digit code received on email
    • Navigate to the order you want to return and click "Request Return". Select a reason from the return from the drop-down menu and click "Request Return"
  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back. If your location is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to ship the product back to us, and we will credit the shipping charges (up to ₹100) as store credit.
  3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Refunds for returned COD orders will be issued as Pridewear Store Credit (valid for 1 year).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or altered garments

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@pridewear.in.

COD orders are not eligible for direct cash refunds. Refunds for returned COD orders will be issued as Pridewear Store Credit (valid for 1 Year).
